What Our Warranty Covers:

Inner Cushion: 5-Year Warranty
The inner cushion is covered for 5 years against all manufacturing flaws.
External Cover: 2-Year Warranty
The external cover comes with a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as:
- Defective zippers
- Unstitched seams
- labeling

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage caused by your dog chewing or tearing the bed.
Damage caused by improper use, washing, or alterations to the bed.

Repairs and Exceptions:

If your dog damages the bed, we do not cover this under warranty. However, we will do our best to assist in fixing the bed where possible.
