Warranty Information

What Our Warranty Covers:

1. Inner Cushion: 5-Year Warranty
   The inner cushion is covered for 5 years against all manufacturing flaws. 

2. External Cover: 2-Year Warranty
   The external cover comes with a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as:

   • Defective zippers
   • Unstitched seams
   • labeling

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by your dog chewing or tearing the bed.
• Damage caused by improper use, washing, or alterations to the bed.

Repairs and Exceptions:

If your dog damages the bed, we do not cover this under warranty. However, we will do our best to assist in fixing the bed where possible.
