When will my order arrive?
Every bed is handmade to order, so please allow 7–14 business days. We'll email you if anything causes a delay, so keep an eye on your inbox.
How much is delivery?
A flat R150 per item, anywhere in South Africa.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. Every cover zips off and machine washes at 30–60°C on a spin under 1000. Our beds are designed for indoor use.
Can I buy a spare cover on its own?
Yes. All covers are sold separately, so you can refresh the look without buying a whole new bed.
Which size should I get?
Small suits dogs around Jack Russell or dachshund size. Large fits anything from a schnauzer up. Not sure? Use our size guide or message us and we'll help.
What's the warranty?
Covers are backed for 2 years and inners for up to 5 years against manufacturing defects. No other SA dog bed brand backs it like that.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. You have 7 days to arrange a refund, or 72 hours to swap sizes, as long as no pet has used it. It needs to go back in the box for courier collection.
My dog damaged the bed — can you fix it?
Yes. We repair all covers, zips, stitches and labels free of charge. Get it to us clean in Cape Town, or arrange a collection for a small fee.
How do I pay?
Securely through PayFast (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). POPI-compliant, and we never store your card details.
