Return Policy
You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return Email us at info@pupsak.co.za to initiate a return. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions Certain items are non-returnable or refundable.
- Custom products (special orders or personalised items).
- Discounted Products ( On Sale )
Exchanges: For an exchange, return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Store Credit In cases where a return request is made outside the 7-day window, the item has been opened, used, or there is buyer's remorse, we may offer store credit at our discretion. This store credit will be valid for future purchases on our site.
Refunds We’ll inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may need time to process and post the refund.
