Accidents happen and PupSak knows this. Remove and wash your cover and it should be good as new. For the inner, put 1-2 cups of bicarbonate of soda and give it a shake. We recommend putting a lavender bag (or any aroma you enjoy) inside the inner to help absorb the smell. If the odor remains you can contact us about ordering an inner separately.

No problem! You are welcome to exchange your dog bed for the correct size and pay and the difference. You have 72 hours to request the exchange and the dog bed must be unused by any pets.

We have a shared showroom where you are welcome to visit, located at 21 Rose Street, Cape town. Although our full cover selection may not be on display you are welcome to browse through our fabric books and enjoy complimentary coffee. You may place an order at our showroom to be delivered to your home.

Yes! You have 7 days to arrange a refund, but the dog bed may not be used by any pets however they can be unpacked to view sizing. Please note the bed must be put back in the box so that our courier may collect it. There may be a courier charge for us to collect the dog bed and bring it back to Cape town if you are unable to.

Yes! We repair all covers, zips, stitches and labels at no charge. The dog bed must be washed and clean and delivered to Cape town or you may arrange with Pupsak for a collection at a small fee.
