PupSteps Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our PupSteps are a great product, see below for the T&C related to the dog steps. 

What Our Warranty Covers:

1. Foam Inner: 2-Year Warranty
   The foam inner of the PupSteps is covered for 2 years against any manufacturing defects, including:

   • Faulty foam structure
   • Defects in the material or stitching

2. External Cover: 2-Year Warranty
   The external cover is also covered for 2 years against any manufacturing flaws, such as:

   • Unstitched seams
   • Broken zippers

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by your dog chewing, tearing, or otherwise damaging the steps.
• General wear and tear from regular use.
• Damage from improper handling, washing, or alterations made by the owner.

Repairs and Exceptions:

If your dog damages the steps, this is not covered under the warranty. However, we will do our best to assist with repairs or provide guidance on replacing parts where possible.
