Pre-Order Policy

Here’s what to expect when placing a pre-order:

Manufacturing and Lead Times:

Our pre-order items are in high demand and require extended lead times due to increased order volumes and larger quantities being manufactured. We currently estimate that pre-orders will be delivered between 18th - 23rd December.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, there is a possibility of delays due to the nature of pre-order production and supply chain variables.

Why production times fluctuate:

At PupSak, we are committed to environmentally conscious manufacturing, using upcycled fabric sourced from local furniture company offcuts. When order volumes increase, additional time is needed to source these materials, which allows us to maintain our sustainable practices.

Need your order sooner?

If you require your dog bed, step, or cover sooner than the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us directly. We can discuss potential solutions, such as offering alternate options or products we currently have in stock.

Delivery timelines:

Once your pre-order has been manufactured and dispatched, delivery times depend on your location.
Cape Town: 12–24 hours after dispatch.
Outer Regions: Up to 72 hours or 3 business days.
