Delivery
Manufacturing Time:
We typically ask for 7-14 working days to manufacture your dog bed, step, or spare cover. While we try to keep popular items in stock, there are times when we need to make your order from scratch.
For urgent requests, please contact us directly to discuss what we can do within the time frame you need.
Holiday Closure Notice:
Please note that our factory will be closed from 20th December to 13th January. Orders placed during this time will only start manufacturing once we reopen on 13th January.
Possible Delays:
If we encounter stock shortages (e.g., fabric running out), delivery times may be extended up to 21 working days. We’ll always keep you informed of any delays.
Dispatch and Delivery:
Once your order has been manufactured and collected from our factory, delivery times depend on your location:
- Cape Town: Delivery takes 12-24 hours after dispatch.
- Outer Regions: Delivery can take up to 72 hours or 3 business days.
