Our PupSteps are designed with small dogs in mind, offering the solution for pets who tend to damage their backs, hips, or joints when attempting to jump off elevated surfaces. Here’s a detailed look at their size and functionality:
Dimensions:
- Height: 45 cm
- Length: 60 cm
- Width: 50 cm
- Each step is spaced 15 cm apart vertically, with a step depth of 20 cm between each.
Ideal for Small Breeds:
PupSteps were specifically created for small breeds, such as Dachshunds, Terriers, and other dogs with shorter legs. The height and spacing of each step are carefully designed to reduce the risk of injury by providing easy access to couches, beds, or other elevated areas.
Weight Capacity and Usage:
While PupSteps were primarily designed for smaller dogs, the high-density foam construction can support dogs up to 35 kg. However, as they are tailored for small breeds, we recommend using them mainly for pets that fall within this category. Larger dogs may not experience the same long-term durability, and using the steps with heavier breeds may not be covered under our warranty.
