PupSteps Care Instructions

To keep your PupSteps in good condition and extend their lifespan, please follow these care instructions.

External Cover:

1. Machine Washable

   • Wash the cover in cold water using a gentle cycle.
   • Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
   • Air dry; DO NOT tumble dry.

2. Stain Removal

   • For minor stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
   • Avoid using fabric softeners or chemical stain removers.

Inner Foam:

1. Do Not Remove the Protective Cover
   The inner foam of your PupSteps is covered by a protective cover to prevent foam being exposed. We strongly recommend not removing this cover, as it can be a huge hassle to put back on, and it may expose the foam to future issues.

2. • If the protective cover becomes dirty, gently spot clean with a damp cloth.
   • Do not machine wash or soak the inner foam.

General Care:

• Regularly check the steps for any signs of wear and tear.
• Keep the PupSteps in a dry area to prevent moisture from damaging the foam.
