PupSak Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your PupSak dog bed, follow these care instructions for both the external cover and inner cushion.

External Cover:

1. Machine Washable

   • Wash the cover in cold water using a gentle cycle.
   • Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
   • Air dry, and please do not tumble dry.

2. Stain Removal

   • For minor stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
   • Avoid using fabric softeners or chemical stain removers.

3. In Case of Urine Accidents

   • If your dog urinates on the bed, remove the cover immediately and wash it as described above.

Inner Cushion:

1. Spot Clean Only

   • Do not machine wash the inner cushion.
   • For light stains or spills, clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.
   • Avoid soaking the cushion.

2. Fluff and Reshape

   • Regularly fluff the cushion to maintain its shape.
   • If compressed, shake or reshape it by hand.

3. Urine Treatment Solution

   • If urine soaks into the inner cushion, here’s a budget-friendly solution to try:
     • Use bicarbonate soda to absorb moisture and odor.
     • For Small beds, use 1 cup; for Large, 2 cups; for X-Large, 3 cups.
     • Open the zip of the inner cushion and sprinkle the bicarbonate soda inside.
     • Add an aroma bag to help mask any lingering odor.
   • Please note: We cannot confirm this method will completely remove the smell, but it is a cost-effective option.
   • If the odor persists, contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement inner cushion if needed.
